Job Description:
We are seeking a System Admin to assist customers in filling out and submitting various online applications, particularly for government services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to guide customers through often complex processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in completing online applications for government and other public services
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers who need help navigating online portals
- Ensure the accuracy of submitted applications by reviewing all documents and forms
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data securely
- Educate customers on the use of online services, empowering them to complete future applications independently
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues that customers may encounter
- Keep records of applications submitted and follow up with customers if any further steps are required
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in online government services and application processes
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering of IT related degree
- Excellent computer literacy (experience with online forms and portals is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Fluency in Amharic and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
