As a Senior Mobile App Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of mobile applications built using React Native. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions that meet business objectives. We're seeking an experienced and outstanding

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native applications.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end components using React Native.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across different devices and platforms.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development and recommend improvements to the development process.
- Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mobile application development using React Native or Flutter.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Knowledge of native iOS and Android development (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
