Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mid-Level Human Resources Manager to oversee our human resources department and develop HR strategies to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development. The Mid-Level Human Resources Manager will work closely with department heads and senior management to provide guidance and support on HR issues, and ensure the organization is compliant with labor laws and regulations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's growth plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, and health insurance.
  • Work with department heads and senior management to address employee performance issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including policies related to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, including policies related to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion, and workplace safety.
  • Experience managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
